EasyQote® provides long-term atmospheric corrosion protection for wind energy assets where conventional paint systems struggle with access, weather exposure, and lifecycle maintenance. Designed around a cold-applied, polyisobutene-based polymer, EasyQote forms a monolithic, impermeable barrier that prevents corrosion without abrasive blasting, primers, or curing time.
The system is ideally suited for wind towers, transition pieces, flange connections, ICCP interfaces, and coating repairs—both onshore and offshore. EasyQote adheres directly to bare steel and existing coatings using a dispersive adhesion mechanism, allowing application in tight geometries and high-risk corrosion zones with minimal surface preparation.

EasyQote® is engineered for atmospheric corrosion protection of bridge steel, expansion joints, bearings, and structural members where access is limited and long-term durability is critical. Unlike traditional coating systems that depend on abrasive blasting and multi-layer paint builds, EasyQote achieves reliable adhesion with minimal surface preparation.
The cold-applied, non-curing polymer creates a continuous barrier against moisture and oxygen, eliminating under-film corrosion and coating breakdown at edges, fasteners, and crevices. Its flexibility and UV resistance make it particularly effective for bridge environments subject to vibration, thermal cycling, de-icing salts, and weather extremes.

EasyQote® delivers robust atmospheric corrosion protection for industrial steel structures, pipe supports, vessels, equipment skids, and coating repairs—especially in facilities where shutdowns, blasting, and complex paint systems are impractical.
Based on a monolithic polyisobutene compound, EasyQote adheres directly to steel and aged coatings without primers or surface profiling. Once applied, it forms an impermeable, self-healing barrier that resists moisture ingress, under-creep corrosion, UV exposure, and mechanical damage.
